Settlement of a Tedox market as an addition to an existing shopping center with hypermarket, DIY store and shop zone with a wide range of sales and service areas and restaurants. Expansion of the parking area with the integration of the Tedox market.

Building:
1-storey sales hall with storage and technical facilities as well as a 2-storey administrative and social wing.

Construction:
Steel concrete skeleton construction with aerated concrete slabs for the outer walls and steel trapezoidal sheet as a roof structure with single-shell thermally insulated roof construction with foil penetration.
HPL panels are used in the partial area for the facade claddings.
The glass facades are designed as coloured coated post-beam constructions.
