On the old site of the construction yard of the company Beermann Bau KG, a future-oriented office building was constructed for Beermann Immobilienverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG with rental space for a tax consultancy office on the upper floor.
The new office building stands out from the existing buildings in its design language and serves to enhance the neighborhood. Clearly structured, the 2-story building extends along the street. Towards the rear garden area, the building structure also continues with 2 stories and offers a protected inner courtyard for lingering. The rear upper floor is accentuated by a high-quality Equitone facade in white as a contrast to the dark clinker brickwork.
New carports with connection for e-mobility on the property are part of the planning concept. The building energetics correspond to the current possibilities, with geothermal energy for heat generation and cooling.
